Steve Manion Effective Training is an organisation devoted to providing training solutions that provide a real and measurable effect in the workplace.

A problem of many training courses is that they do not relate to the individuals work place and that students find it hard to implement the methods and ideas presented into their work environment.

The business has a philosophy that individuals work best as reflexive practitioners. That is to say, individuals should be encouraged not just to do their job but to think about how to improve not only themselves but also the way they do their job.

The training that we offer is backed up by a follow up one month after the course to see how the student has used the training thus encouraging them to make a difference to their working practices. By gauging how things have changed, students will learn not only about circumstances in their work environment but also how to improve those circumstances and the way they manage themselves.
