Stephen Manion CFPIM FIOM

Stephen is a consultant in operations management. He has worked both in the United Kingdom as well as Australia . He writes and runs training courses in Resource Management. for the Institute of Operations Management and the NHS as well as courses for small businesses. He is a fellow of the American Production and Inventory Management Society and of the Institute of Operations Management in the UK . He has many qualifications in management and agricultural science.

He has spent 20 years working in the field of resource management as a practitioner and has also 10 years experience as a lecturer and trainer.

He has spent much time working in the pharmaceutical industry as well as image technology, transport and Agricare industries.

He has had work published in journals in the USA the UK , Australia and New Zealand on Resource Management.

Stephen also serves on his local Parish Council, is Cabinet Member for Corporate Resources on Dover District Council, and is a Lay Minister for his village church. He also serves as the Kent representative to the Coalfield Communities Campaign National Executive.
